Our dinner menu at Corso features Tuscan classics, as well as modern takes on Italian cuisine. We embody the essence of a trattoria; local, sustainable, and in support of our community. You will find house-cured salumi, house-made pastas, and nightly butcher's specials on our menu every night. We bring in whole animals and butcher in house as a time-honored tradition in Italian cuisine. Our menu changes regularly, therefore some items on the menus above may not be available due to seasonality.
Our wine list has something for everyone. Focused on Italy, wine director Roscoe Skipper has put together a list of value and depth that artistically showcases Italy's most beautifully made wines.
Our bar program has the same passionate Italian flair as our dinner menu. Bar manager Justin Sutton has created a cocktail menu that mixes well-executed classics with new and bright ideas.
