Corso was opened in 2008 by restaurant veterans Wendy Brucker and Roscoe Skipper from their desire to bring the classic experience of an Italian trattoria to modern-day Berkeley, California. Since then, Corso has embodied the essence of a trattoria with glowing reviews. Chef de Cuisine Scott Eastman creates seasonal menus that combine both the bold simplicity and rustic elegance of Italian cuisine.
